In a wake of the growing waste management issues, a careful and efficient use of resources is more important than ever. Reuse as part of a "circular economy" comprises all measures that contribute to the extension of the product life cycle, including collection and separation of used goods, their cleaning, repairing and retail.

The main objective of the Re-Use Innovation Challenge is to find concepts and viable business models for the so-called „Reuse park“. This park should not only be conceived as a place for retail of the reused products, but it should also promote other activities, services and experiences around the „reuse“ topic, such as repair cafés, creative workshops and other events. At the same time, an economically viable business model for the management of such a "reuse park" should be developed.

The best concepts will be rewarded with an exclusive support package worth up to 50,000 euro!

People with an entrepreneurial spirit, potential founders and start-ups can submit their concepts until Monday, April 15, 2019. The final pitch will be won by those who demonstrate the best mix of idea, team, market potential, business model and social impact.
